Desk Neck Stretches

In this current day and age, most of the things we do require us to be looking down. Whether you're using your phone, laptop or incorrect seating posture, It's essential for us to keep moving while seated for a prolonged period.


While sitting upright,

  • Roll your shoulders forward and backward.
  • Turn your neck to the left and hold for a couple of seconds, then do the same to the right
  • Pull your head down ear to should on both sides 
  • Roll your shoulders forward and backward again.
